Introducing some fun and creative projects for kids of all ages.

During this very unusual time, your kids might be pretty busy with work from school, but they might have some free time on their hands.

These projects can be done by toddlers and older kids alike, with a cell phone or any kind of camera.

  1. Photograph a single color.  – For 1 day, or 1 week, photograph only things that are yellow. The day or week, photograph only things that are blue, etc.
  2. Photograph different shapes. -For one day or one week holograph only lines (for older kids challenge them to find vertical lines or horizontal lines). Move on to circle, rectangles, triangle, and many other shapes.
  3. Older kids can look for repeating patterns or textures, like the bark on a tree.
  4. Challenge project for older kids. – I have never tried this myself, bur I have see the creations of others. Photograph object in nature or in your home that look letters of the alphabet.

When you are all finished with one category, make a collage, mural, or poster.

And don’t forget to photograph you and your family at this (hopefully) once in a lifetime moment in history!
