Sophie was kind enough to model for me as I tried creating an image that is a bit different than what I normally do. I like darker backgrounds but wanted to try a photograph with a light background. I like that most all you see is her face. She was a great model! She is such a sweet dog! My constant companion. It’s hard to believe a puppy with such a sweet face could practically pull me over when she sees a squirrel. She goes crazy, climbing half way up trees, barking in such a high pitch that she wakes all the neighbors. I wonder what she would do if she caught one?
I love pet photography! The animals have such a range of expressions – just look into their eyes. I especially love to photograph pets with their owners. I want to capture the love that the dog or cat has for her owner and the love that the owner has for her pet. To see more of my dog pictures click here
