How to Prepare for Your Business Headshot

People are more likely to do business with you, hire you, feel connected to you if they know what you look like. Put your best face forward and communicate your message effectively by preparing for your headshot portrait session. First, communicate with your photographer. Let the photographer know what sort of image you want to portray, what message you want to communicate to your potential clients/employers/friends. Why I Do What I Do

It's somewhat surprising to find me in this career - a small business owner and a visual artist. As a child I didn't care for art class, mostly because I could not draw. Some Images from Christmas Mini-Sessions

This year, for the first time, I had a day in the fall where I offered short mini-sessions with a Christmas theme. I decorated a tree and had an antique sled and "snow". It's wonderful that Emilia will have these images to remember the day she became part of the family of God, and to see all the people who love and support her. I'm sure all the photographs we took will be cherished for a long time. The service was at Trinity Lutheran…

One year, I took my kids to a haunted hayride that I thought was designed for kids. I was wrong! It was way to scary, even for me! This year, I heard about a great event at Pennsbury Manor. If you've never been there, it's a great place to take the kids. When my kids were little, they loved Harvest Days at Pennsbury Manor. There were games from colonial times and crafts and all kinds of things going on. Here is a picture of my kids at Harvest Days. Now, instead of the Harvest event, they have Tricks and Treats…
